“I received 2 items as gifts after my son was born. Both of which I know were quite expensive and fell apart within 1-2 wears. (Including a button from a brand new sweater popping off right near my baby’s face. Thank god he didn’t choke!) But the most disappointing thing about this is when I informed the store what happened, they could not have been more rude. The owner snipped at me like it was my fault, said she’d fix it, then lost the item and wanted to charge ME to replace the item that no longer fit because they lost it while it was being repaired. I live within walking distance and love to buy him nice things, but I will never ever do business here again. Pics of the poor stitching on 2 sweaters and a matching hat that just started unraveling as he was wearing it. This clothing is a hazard”
